Current opportunities
The Head of Production & Facilities will lead production, engineering, maintenance and facility operations across Northern Leaf’s regulated Jersey site. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will oversee multidisciplinary teams and help ensure operations remain safe, compliant and efficient as the business grows.
The Production Manager will support the delivery of Northern Leaf’s day-to-day production plan, supervising teams, coordinating workflows and maintaining the quality and documentation expected within a regulated environment.
Founded in 2019, Northern Leaf has developed from an ambitious start-up into an established European medical cannabis producer employing around 50 people across production, quality, engineering, research and development, commercial operations and corporate services. Its senior management team brings more than 40 years of combined, hands-on industry experience to the business, which operates within Jersey’s distinctive regulatory framework.
Its 100,000 sq ft Jersey facility has capacity to produce up to 12 tonnes of dried flower each year for export to European markets, including the UK and Germany. The site has achieved EU-GMP certification from the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, placing it among a relatively small group of European producers able to meet the quality standards required for medicines.
