Katie Shelton-Innes
Non-Executive Director
Katie Shelton-Innes has been a Director of the Company since April 2021 moving to Non-Executive Director of the Company in July 2023. She is a member of the Board’s Audit and Risk Committee.
Katie has approximately 18 years’ experience advising and raising funds for quoted and unquoted growth companies. She has worked for various small to mid-cap institutions including Daniel Stewart, Arbuthnot, Sanlam Securities and Northland Capital, where she was the Head of Corporate Broking at the age of 28. Prior to this, Katie spent four years in corporate restructuring and recovery with Kroll, where she qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant. She is an experienced board director and prior to joining the Company served as Director of Corporate Affairs for Action Hotels PLC and founded Albert Capital Limited. Katie currently sits on the boards of Change Agronomy, Albert Labs and Alinova Biosciences.
Katie holds a first-class honours degree in Business Economics and Finance from Loughborough University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
