Don Perrott
Chief Executive Officer
Don joined the Company as CEO in March 2022 and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience leading teams in a combination of corporate and professional services settings. Don started as a graduate with Arthur Andersen before spending over two decades with KPMG’s transactions advisory team in London and New York. During his time at KPMG, he led on many complex acquisitions, divestments, IPOs and refinancing transactions for numerous public and private companies.
Prior to joining the Company, Don was the UK Managing Director of Aurora Medicine UK Limited, a leading supplier of pharmaceutical grade cannabis-based medicines, by whom he was hired to establish and build its medical cannabis business in the UK.
Don has an executive MBA from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Paris and The Edinburgh Management School and has a deep understanding of the medical cannabis sector. He was admitted to the ICAEW in 1999 and holds an Honours degree in Economics from the University of Cape Town.
